Welcome to the peephole into my life. The highs, the lows, the in-between times when I'm not really sure what to do. The internet has made it apparent that we should all know a lot less about each other. Which is true, but, we also experience different versions of a lot of the same feelings. My take on them may be helpful to you either to know what not to do or to provide some inspiration you didn't know you needed. So, take what you want, leave what you don't, I would say I'll post every week, but I can promise I won't. Respectfully.
I don't always have the answers, but I always have something to say.

Who am I?
First of all, thank you for stopping by; I'm truly honored. I am a junior biomedical engineering major at UNC Chapel Hill, home of the NCAA National Champions. I had no hand in that but it still feels like we all won together. I teach cardio dance at the gym, am a resident advisor, and a success hopeful (meaning one day I intend to be successful). I dabble in a couple of campus organizations, but most dear to my heart is the National Society of Black Engineers. Engineering isn't particularly exciting to most, but succeeding in it certainly is, and that is what I intend to do with the people here on this campus. One of my main passions is social justice; I will always ride for her. Equality is not fairness, but not everyone knows that. So, my goal is just to bring more awareness in hopes that a seed I plant to day will sprout a tree of anti-bigotry in 10 years. Also, I think recycling is important. If you don't recycle, what are you doing? It's not that hard.
I heard websites can give a voice to the voiceless so if you'd like to hear mine, here it is. The unedited, unfiltered, beautifully tormented truth that is my life. The moral of the story is I'm excited you stopped by and would be overjoyed if you came back, no pressure.
